Kausly sources and supplies IT hardware and provides managed IT support — remote monitoring, maintenance, and on-site technician visits — for businesses in Nepal. This site also carries informational content such as our product catalog, case studies, and service pages. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a specific price; it’s a starting point for a conversation with our team, and product images, specifications, and availability shown here are indicative only.

Submitting an RFQ is a request for pricing, not an order. Any budget range, per-device rate, or estimate shown on the site is indicative and can change based on availability, specification, and current supplier pricing. A quote only becomes binding once we confirm it with you directly, in writing.

When attaching files to an RFQ, we accept JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and PDF files up to 5MB each, up to five per item. Every file is scanned for malware before being forwarded internally — files that fail the scan, or can’t be scanned in time, are not attached to our team’s notification. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share with us.

The Kausly Partner program lets you refer businesses you know to Kausly in exchange for a reward if the referral becomes a paying client. To join, you submit your name, WhatsApp number, email, and city — we review every application and may approve, hold, or decline it at our discretion, including after you’ve already been approved.

There’s no fixed reward amount or automatic tracking link. A referral is credited to you when the business you introduced quotes your Partner ID when they contact us, and becomes a paying client as a result. If that happens, we’ll reach out directly to arrange your reward — rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed for every referral.

Your Partner ID is personal to you and shouldn’t be shared as a way to game the program — for example, submitting fake or duplicate applications, self-referring, or referring a business without a genuine introduction. We may put a partner on hold or revoke Partner status at any time, including retroactively, if we believe the program is being misused. Joining the program doesn’t make you an employee, agent, or representative of Kausly, and you’re not authorized to make commitments or promises on our behalf when referring a business.

Please use this site the way it’s intended: submitting genuine quote requests and partner applications. Automated or bulk submissions, attempts to overload our forms or file scanning, attempts to interfere with the site’s normal operation, or misrepresenting yourself or Kausly to a third party are not permitted, and we reserve the right to block traffic or accounts that do this.

The Kausly name, logo, and the text, layout, and design of this site belong to Kausly or Kausiki Infosys International, unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Manufacturer and brand names, logos, and product images shown on our product and procurement pages belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the hardware we source, not to claim any affiliation beyond that.

This site links to and relies on third-party services — including WhatsApp for messaging, and behind the scenes, providers like Resend, VirusTotal, Upstash, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim to run the RFQ and Partner forms (see our Privacy Policy for details). We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites or services you’re directed to from here, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim for the information on this site to be accurate, but it’s provided “as is” and hardware availability, pricing, and specifications can change without notice. To the extent permitted by Nepali law, Kausly isn’t liable for losses arising from reliance on unconfirmed quotes or estimates shown on this site, or from third-party services linked from it — confirmed orders and service agreements are governed by the specific terms we agree with you directly.

We may decline an RFQ, suspend or block access to this site, or pause or revoke Partner status at our discretion — in particular where we believe these terms have been breached, or where we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our forms or the Partner program. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law — continue to apply after any such suspension or termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms — check the “Last updated” date above if you’d like to know when this page last changed.
