Privacy policy

We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms:

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use browser local storage to track you. We only collect what you type into our forms.

We use the information you submit to prepare and follow up on quotes, review and process Partner applications, credit referrals to the right Partner ID and arrange rewards, and communicate with you by email and WhatsApp about your request or application. We don’t use your information for anything beyond fulfilling the request you made.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run the site. Each only receives the minimum needed to do its specific job:

• Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails your RFQ or Partner application triggers.
• VirusTotal — scans any file you attach to an RFQ for malware before it’s forwarded to our team. Unscanned or flagged files are never attached to internal emails.
• Upstash (Redis) — stores short-lived, IP-based request counters to prevent spam (no personal details), and stores Partner applications (name, WhatsApp, email, city, and status) so we can review, approve, hold, or revoke them over time.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — turns your coordinates into a readable address when you use “Locate me” to fill in a delivery location.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs to run the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Quote requests are sent to us by email and kept as part of our normal business correspondence. Partner applications are kept for up to 30 days while pending review, and for up to 90 days after a decision is made (approved, held, or revoked), after which the record expires automatically.

If you’d like us to delete information you’ve sent us sooner, email inquiry@kausly.com and we’ll action it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us — including transmitting form submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to staff who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep what you share with us safe.

The third-party services listed above may store or process information on servers located outside Nepal. We only work with providers we consider reputable, and we don’t transfer your information to anyone beyond what’s needed to run the services described on this page.

This site is intended for businesses and individuals old enough to enter into commercial agreements, and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email inquiry@kausly.com and we’ll delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — including revoking a Partner application or Partner ID — just email inquiry@kausly.com. If you’re contacting us from Nepal, this may also be a right available to you under Nepal’s Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).

If how we collect or use information changes, we’ll update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. We’d encourage you to check back occasionally if you have an ongoing relationship with us.
